Ambassadors of Life
AMBASSADORS OF LIFE
Remembering life. Giving back to life.
In collaboration with White Rabbit Gallery EU, Funeral Products presents an extraordinary and entirely new collection of memorial ornaments: Ambassadors of Life. Real butterflies, honeybees and marigolds are eternalised in 24-karat gold while preserving their natural organic core. The result is a tangible and unique tribute to life.
The collection connects remembrance with new life. Each ornament contributes to biodiversity and comes with organically grown poppy seeds, allowing a living memorial to be created in your own surroundings.

White Rabbit Gallery EU

White Rabbit Gallery EU was founded in Amsterdam in 2022 through a creative collaboration between two good friends: UK-based alchemy and glassblowing artist John King and sales and marketing expert Arjan Radder. The name White Rabbit stands for transformation, mystery and magic: themes that are interwoven into every creation.
John is the creative heart of the collection. Using a refined electroplating process, he transforms fragile organic materials into lasting objects without losing their natural shape and structure. He also creates distinctive glass pendants, ornaments and glass domes.
Arjan brought White Rabbit Gallery EU to life in Europe and introduced the collection to botanical gardens, museums and heritage locations, among others. The collaboration with Funeral Products marks the next step: a collection in which nature, craftsmanship and remembrance come together.
From nature to a lasting memorial
Every ornament begins with a genuine natural element. Through electroplating, a metal layer is gradually built around the organic core. The object is then finished in pure 24-karat gold. The result is not a copy or cast: the original butterfly, honeybee or flower actually forms the heart of the ornament. This makes every piece naturally unique.

A lasting finish that preserves every intricate detail.

The Ambassadors of Life collection
The Ambassadors of Life collection consists of three distinctive memorial ornaments: a butterfly, honeybee and marigold. Each ornament contains a genuine natural element and is individually handcrafted and eternalised in pure 24-karat gold. As no butterfly, honeybee or flower is ever exactly the same, each piece has its own unique shape, details and character.
The gold-plated natural element rests on an elegant black ceramic base, which holds a symbolic amount of cremation ashes. In this way, two lived lives come together in a single memorial piece. Each ornament also carries its own symbolism: the butterfly represents transformation and hope, the honeybee community and devotion, and the marigold remembrance and enduring love.
Butterfly
A real butterfly, eternalised in 24-karat gold while preserving its natural shape and intricate details.
Honeybee
A small yet powerful symbol of life, community, devotion and the vital role played by pollinators.
Remembering life. Giving back to life.
The name Ambassadors of Life refers not only to the life preserved within each ornament. At the same time, the collection aims to give something back to the natural world from which it originated.
Contributing to Lemelerveld Food Forest
Through the collaboration with The Pollinators, every memorial ornament contributes to Lemelerveld Food Forest. This biodiversity project creates a lasting habitat for pollinators and people alike. Each ornament comes with a certificate of contribution and symbolic ownership.
A living memorial
Through the collaboration with Cruydt-Hoeck, every Ambassadors of Life item comes with organically grown poppy seeds. These can be sown in your own surroundings, optionally together with a small symbolic amount of cremation ashes. In this way, new life can literally grow from remembrance.
The nature behind every ornament
The origin of the natural elements is an integral part of the story. White Rabbit Gallery EU works with partners that are actively committed to honeybees, butterflies and biodiversity.
Park Farm Cottage Bees
The honeybees have completed their natural life cycle with the organic beekeepers at Park Farm Cottage in Ashdown Forest. The beekeepers are members of the British Beekeepers Association and reinvest the proceeds from their products into caring for their bees.
Sussex Butterfly Gardens
The butterflies are sourced through Sussex Butterfly Gardens, where education, knowledge of butterfly species and carefully controlled living conditions are central to their work. The organisation is a member of IABES.
Together for biodiversity
Since 2016, The Pollinators has been working to restore habitats for pollinating insects. Cruydt-Hoeck has been growing and harvesting native seeds and plants for biodiversity projects for more than 45 years. Together, these partners ensure that Ambassadors of Life not only preserves a memory, but also contributes to new life.
Available from Funeral Products
Ambassadors of Life brings together nature, craftsmanship and remembrance in a collection where every detail carries meaning. From the genuine natural element and handcrafted 24-karat gold finish to the ceramic base designed to hold a symbolic amount of ashes, each ornament forms a personal and lasting tribute to a life lived.
At the same time, every memorial ornament gives something back to nature. The collection supports the biodiversity projects of The Pollinators and comes with organically grown poppy seeds from Cruydt-Hoeck. In this way, remembrance becomes connected to new life.
