1.1 I don’t own or work at an organisation in the funeral industry, can I still place an order?

Funeral Products is a wholesaler and exclusively supplies organisations in the funeral industry. For ordering our products, please contact your funeral director or crematorium.

 

1.2 How do I become a customer?

You can become a customer by registering on this website. Please keep in mind the following requirements:

  • Your organisation is active in the funeral industry
  • Your organistion has a valid VAT number
  • You have a showroom

1.3 I can't log in. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the button “Forgot your password?” to request a new one. If you’re not yet a customer, please register on the page.

 

1.4 Why can’t I see any prices?

Funeral Products is a wholesaler and exclusively supplies organisations in the funeral industry. If you own or work at an organisation in the funeral industry, you can see the prices when you are logged in. If you do not own or work at an organisation in the funeral industry, please contact your funeral director.

 

1.5 Is VAT included in the prices?

All prices that are shown on our website are excl. VAT.

 

1.6 Why are the shipping costs calculated after the order has been placed ?

Due to the different sizes, shapes and weights of the product it is not possible to predetermine the number of packages. For a quotation in advance, please contact us.

 

1.7 What are your delivery times?

If a product is in stock, the delivery time within the EU will be 3 – 4 days.
